Just finished a 9,600 trip (with first echelon maintenance done half-way in the middle of the country) and needed a service done again now that I am back. Not only did they do a wonderful job; but, the familial feeling and laughter also took place. What a great group of people! AND, they gave me my estimate and I questioned the total … I was asked about what was done out-of-state … and they then said, “OH! Here is a alternative that still covers what you need done.” In other words, less money out of pocket for a great job done in my car. From their mechanics to the front duo of Moises and Edwin, Santos has quality people that actually takes care of the consumer! Wow.

I phoned with a concern about smelling gasoline (had been for 2 days) & they told me to bring my car in immediately. I brought it in & they offered a full diagnostic ($80) for my car due to its age; & a $159 cost to determine the cause of my main concern. They made me a priority so i could have my car back to go to work that evening. My issue turned out to be i had failed to put my oil cap on properly & it had fallen loose causing oil to sprew over my engine. They retrieved it from behind the head lamp. Fortunately no damage was done to other components. They recommended i bring my car back for an engine steam clean which would cost $350 (more than i could afford) I felt they provided very courteous service, & the recommendations they gave with the diagnostic were based on general recommendations (some of which i has already done, & they said if so, then disregard those recc's. So, DS offer very competent, capable, courteous but costly service.
