Our van was disabled on the outskirts of Visalia. D & S coordinated the towing of the van, as well as a rental van for us to use while ours was down. Ultimately, it was a warranty issue with the dealer. D & S took care of all communications with the dealer, as well as keeping us informed of it's progress. We did not hear from the dealer until it was well into the repair process. D & S valued us as customers - even though the work was done elsewhere. Hard to beat that kind of service!
