The owner/manager are absolutely rude and lack customer service skills, this is a last resort place to bring car for repair in my opinion...

Moises is awesome. Needed a transmission for my Subaru and he managed to track one down in the East Coast. Told me it would be roughly 2-3 weeks to complete and he kept his word. Kept me informed throughout the process. Will definitely return.

Highly recommend DS Auto Experts. Had my vehicle here ONCE before and on this visit remembered me like an old friend. They were ready for me at my scheduled appointment time and able to squeeze me in for an oil change on top of my original request. Took great care to observe social distancing, PPE and sanitizing touched areas on vehicles. Will continue to use and recommend to friends and family. Thank you.

I know when I have any issues with my car this place of business is the best in Visalia great quality, great customer service, and you get a full explanation about what is going on with your car. I just recently had work done on my car, and the service was great. The noise I had concerns about is completely gone, puts my mind at ease the fact that D and S takes pride in there work because it shows. If you care about your car as much as I do take it to D and S auto experts and they will take good care of you and your vehicle.

Such nice people to work with. They even walk you to and from your car with an umbrella when we actually get some rain.
