Although I haven't had the car back long enough to be able to see how well it runs since being attended to, I could report on the fact that the establishment is well run and exceptionally clean. I received a complete run down of costs and what was found in the car in a list of priorities for service and repairs. Moises was very patient with me as I worked my way through decisions about the car and figured out rides to and from. Overall, I was very pleased, thus far. I have discovered that I have friends who have taken their vehicles to them and have been pleased with the work. This is reassuring. My son was given a tour of the shop and was very impressed with how organized it is. This is no guarantee that the work is really good, but, probably a sign that they pay attention to details. That's a good thing. Time will tell on the rest of it.

DS successfully completed a difficult fuel leak repair on my 2006 Chrysler Town & Country Van, and now the van runs like new, with no fuel odors. I am delighted with their ongoing excellent service over the years, and would certainly recommend their services to anyone.

On a road trip from Sequoia National Park back to New Jersey. Got off the Freeway at Visalia looking for gas. In the process, I blew a tire on my 2020 Kia Telluride and made it to the parking lot of DS. Moises the service manager came out and assessed the situation, he called a couple of places, located a tire, went and got it, and had it installed in under 90 mins. I had no appointment and was 2500 miles from home. They took care of me and I was back on my eastward trip. I am very thankful for the professionalism and concern they had for me.

Highly recommend taking your vehicle to DS Auto Experts. I have always taken my car to the dealership but decided I wanted to find a local place that I could use to help me repair my car's AC system. I was immediately impressed with the professionalism & courtesy from the staff and cleanliness of the facility. I was given a quote for the work that was necessary and the staff thoroughly explained what needed to be done. This place did an outstanding job on my car. They also cleaned/washed my car before I picked it up. I would highly recommend DS Auto for your next auto repair or new tire purchase. The staff is extremely professional and thorough. This is one good-looking shop.
