Absolutely 5-star in every area. DS Auto Service Center serviced my car this week. The work was OUTSTANDING as always! Moises, the Service Advisor, was thorough in his explanation of what needed to be done and did not attempt to upsale at any point. He kept me apprised of the work which took more than a day. Edwin provided shuttle to and from my home: he was extremely pleasant and engaging. I did not meet the mechanic but the car (nearly 16 years old!) runs like new. This is a well run business: the garage work area is spotless; the office area is well run with immediate service. There is NO waiting around and everyone obviously enjoys their job and wants to be there. I was also given a AAA discount on the bill--which I was not expecting (thank you so much!) and the car was detailed when I picked it up!! That was certainly not expected either. Santos, the owner of the business also followed after the service appointment. If you need ANY work done on your vehicle, this is the place to go.

I went in for an oil change and got a rotation of the tires done and a check of my car and recommendations of what needed to be done next time I come in. Thank you DS Auto (especially Moises) for the kindness and great service performed. It is a Blessing to go somewhere and know that you are being given honest and excellent service.

I took my vehicle in to have a part replaced but upon further inspection they were able to repair the part instead saving me hundreds of dollars. Thank you for the great service and honest opinion!

Very clean, professional and friendly. Repairs were thoroughly explained before work was started. The staff was very accommodating and were able to get repairs done quickly. This is a top notch shop.

Moises was awesome from start to finish. I felt confident from start to finish. The staff working with him answered all my questions and were friendly and professional. Definitely keeping this company and my go to for service and repairs for my Mercedes from this point on.
