I had my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee towed to DS Auto after it failed to start in the middle of my road trip. They were the AAA recommended location in the area, and given that this happened on a Sunday at 7pm, the tow truck had to contact their after hours line to get the car dropped off. In the morning, I spoke with service tech Moises and they assured me they would expedite the diagnostic to get me back on the road. In fact, I called within 20 minutes of their opening and they already stated they were pulling it in to check. That day I got a diagnostic back with the issue identified, as well as a full breakdown of the car’s service needs. The first sign that this place was not looking to make as much money as they could off me - although there were a few things that popped up as recommended, they were honest about the critical ones that needed to be taken care of to get me home (relay and some oil). I can’t count how many repair shops have told me my windshield wiper fluid is low and needs to be filled ASAP. I live in LA, I’ll be fine without that. On top of the premium service throughout the repair, I needed to pick up my vehicle on Labor Day at 6pm, when the shop was obviously closed. They made arrangements for the owner to facilitate this so it worked for my schedule. Overall so impressed with the service of this place, I wish they were in LA. I drive up this way often and would make a stop there if I needed repairs just because I feel my car is in good hands. Thanks DS Auto
