D&S Auto Experts are nothing short of amazing! I've been taking my cars there for the past 10 yrs and have always been super impressed by their high quality of service, outstanding reliability and most gracious hospitality. At D&S, they treat you like family and make you feel at home. There is also an incredible sense of team spirit among the staff that creates an extremely welcoming and friendly environment. Perhaps the most remarkable quality about D&S, though, is their professional integrity. They always deliver what they promise in clear and honest terms--typically exceeding customers' expectations. Extremely rude and unprofessional over the phone. I called dozens of mechanic shops today with two questions, can they do the engine repairs I’m looking for and a rough estimate of cost. Most shops were polite, very informative, and gave me an estimate if they could. However with DS Auto I never got to my question. The first call was silent and I was hung up on. The second call Mosses answered and asked how he could help. I asked for the service department. And without explaining that he could help answer any questions he rudely and aggressively said “IM MOSSES HOW CAN I HELP YOU” I calmly replied, I’m just trying to get the service department to ask some questions, to which he replied aggressively “HOW CAN I HELP YOU” I said again my disposition. He replied. “IF YOU DONT TELL ME WHATS WRONG I CANT HELP YOU”. I informed him that his actions were uncalled for and I would take my business elsewhere before ending the call. I immediately was called back by Mosses, he said “We got off on the wrong foot”, I replied, I do not appreciate you calling this number, I already told you I’m taking my business elsewhere, all I asked you was for your service department. If you are capable of handling any questions then you should have said that instead of just aggressively repeating “I AM MOSSES WHAT CAN I HELP YOU WITH”. Then I had to block their number to stop receiving harassing calls when I had already informed twice that I was not going to use their business.
