DS has been very good to us. We have had both our cars in for significant repairs that were diagnosed and resolved in a reasonable time frame. They even helped us rent a car when we were waiting for parts. The thing that impressed us most was very recent. I took in my 17 year old car for the check engine light and they advised us not to bother to fix it because the repair costs were going to be significant. Also, due to rust (this car lived a good part of its life in the Midwest in snow and salt), we might be chasing repairs all over once they got started. They could have easily told us how much to fix our complaint and we could have been in for a lot of money as the rusty parts crumbled and had to be replaced, but they told us the truth. Our old car wasn't worth the work that might need to go into it. We had suspected that we may have to replace the old car soon, and they confirmed it for us.That gave us another dilemma of what to buy next, but they even gave us opinions on our choices for our next new car - which brands/models that we were considering had fewer repair issues, etc. And they followed up with a phone call a few weeks later to see what we chose to purchase.
