My wife and I love our van, it's an important tool used in many ways. From shuttling the kids around, traveling to see family and everyday life we depend on our vehicle. Putting it in the hands of another is incredibly nerve racking and it was our first experience using our warranty. The people at DS made this experience very comfortable. From the beginning I was treated with honesty and respect. Even down to the car rental, which I had never had to do in my 40 years for some reason, they were there. Great job guys! Called for a quote on a diagnostic and the gentleman was kind of rude, like me being a female made me dumb. And then went on to explain how they do a scan and diagnostic on a car and how they wouldn't be able to tell me how much the diagnostic wld be, it cld be between $150 and $250 for the diagnostic depending on what is wrong with the vehicle. Pricy and demeaning. Should be able to just give u correct quote for a simple diagnostic for a check engine light like every other business. They're definitely making money off their customers.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great reminders, and an awesome view of the inspection.

Great Service

Our catalytic converters were stolen from our car at home overnight. Moises at DS Auto Experts was very polite, empathetic and helpful. He stayed in constant communication with me throughout the process and easily worked with my insurance company. He conducted a very thorough inspection of my car and advised me the status of everything, what was in good shape, what needed to be repaired (including photos), and how much each service would cost. He did not pressure me at all. This is definitely the shop I will use from now on, and I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing repairs or maintenance!

My family and I have gone to them for over 20 years and I will never go anywhere else. They are the only ones I trust to tell me the truth and they always do a fantastic job! Highly recommend.
