When I first needed to take my car somewhere to get some work done I looked up and read so many reviews on a lot of different shops. But the reviews here were always so good. And since I have been bringing my car they have always done a amazing job and communicate very well with you letting you know what needs to be done what should be done to get your car running great. Very clear about repairs needed and intentions. Service was very prompt and sent regular updates. Very informative and highly recommended.

I was on my way to Visalia when my drive belt broke. Since I needed to be in Visalia, I chose D S Auto Experts from my phone, partly because the reviews said they had good customer service. I had my car towed there at night on a weekend, while they were closed, and left my key in the envelope. I got a call Monday morning to confirm what I wanted. They did a full inspection and sent me pictures of what they found. I also needed new tires because mine were cracked. They did everything I needed, and when I went to pay, they even asked me if I had AAA so I could get the discount! I really appreciated that they used email, text, and phone to contact me. Really nice guys.

Very helpful and professional. We had a hole in our radiator hose and lost all of our fluid on the way to Sequoia NP. The guys fixed it within the same day. Many thanks. We can definitely recommend the place.
