I took my car in because I felt my transmission kicking when it was shifting gears. They said they ran diagnostics on my vehicle and nothing was wrong and all I needed was a new battery. Two weeks like my transmission completely failed. I paid $240 for those to diagnostics tests and now I'm completely out of a vehicle. I called them and told them the situation, (Moses) the guy working there made very snarky comments to me then hung up. Would not recommend anyone spend their money with this excuse for an auto shop.

i am a first time customer of DS auto experts, super clean shop and waiting room. you have to talk to Moises, he is the best i had him check my car from front to back, because i am going to be doing a lot of long distance driving he took care of me. also when i came to pick up my car it was fully detailed. 5 star operation, they are like the dealership but better. i will be going back to them until i kick the bucket.

Without a doubt, the most professional and courteous staff around. All their work is very thorough from the inspection of the vehicle to the communication during the process to the final results. I could not be happier with a business to take my vehicles to. If you're not going to D & S - you're missing out and your vehicle is as well.

We had some trouble with our car's brakes and went to D S Auto Experts. They helped us as fast as they could and were extremely friendly the entire time - even told us some places we could go during our wait. I would recommend them to anyone with any car issues whatsoever. Great service!

We came in with an issue with the brakes of a rental car, and were in a pinch for time. We didn’t feel safe driving and needed the brakes to be inspected.They went above and beyond to provide us with excellent service, checking our car’s brakes despite the fact that we didn’t have an appointment. We waited near the desk, and were even given tips on where in the area we could pass the time. Would recommend this place to anyone who has any issues with their car. Outstanding!
