Our van was disabled on the outskirts of Visalia. D & S coordinated the towing of the van, as well as a rental van for us to use while ours was down. Ultimately, it was a warranty issue with the dealer. D & S took care of all communications with the dealer, as well as keeping us informed of it's progress. We did not hear from the dealer until it was well into the repair process. D & S valued us as customers - even though the work was done elsewhere. Hard to beat that kind of service!

Great place to bring your car in

We went in for a break and light inspection for the dmv. They made it such an easy process and went above and beyond for what they did. I’m so great full because I would not have a unusable car without them

My 60 year old mother took the car in not knowing they would take advantage of her. They over charged for 14" standard tires at over $600 for the set. Tires were not even a high end tires. Also they hit her with over $2,400 dollars of nonsense parts that needed to be fixed. Just to run up the price. On top of this the car now has other issues like the AC is not working. You would think instead of fixing the car they would tell the customer to sell the car since the value of the car is only worth $4000.🤥 This place is a joke.👎 Take your car to the dealer if you want to pay for similar repair prices.

Always polite and friendly.

The place is always clean and the employees are so friendly they know you once you walk in the door, or maybe that's just me because I take all 4 of my cars there, they are very knowledgeable and do not pressure you into anything, they are a tad bit on the expensive side but they are worth it. I guarantee that regardless of what it cost to fix something you will be completely happy with the work and that it was done correctly and not stress about it going wrong again.
