DS Auto Experts are number one in customer service! My car needed a part that was on national recall and they never gave up until they found a way to get the part. I know that if I take my car to DS for service, it will be fixed and that I can trust them to stand behind their work. They treat their customers as if they are family, and that means a lot. May their tribe increase!

Great service, and kept me informed. They weren’t able to do some work due to warranty coverage issues, but still took it upon themselves to get my vehicle to the dealership service department to complete the job, and did so promptly with regular communication the whole time. Will definitely go to these guys again. Highly recommend.

In every way, I can’t recommend DS Automotive highly enough! I discovered them several years ago when I was shopping around for a good price on a smog check. They were (and have always been since then) pleasant, accommodating, and professional. The staff is friendly, the facilities are clean & hospitable, AND they do thorough diagnostic checks & offer excellent service. We have always been pleased with the work that has been done on our vehicles and they clearly take pride in all aspects of what they do, as they solidly stand by their work...(the fact that they play Spirit 88.9 in their office is, for me, a blessed bonus)!
