I came in with EVAP problems and after getting one of the most comprehensive reports on the state of my vehicle that I've ever had, they were able to provide me with insight and information that allowed me to make a reasonable decision. They were really up front, honest and friendly. Which is something I truly appreciated having been misinformed and gouged by auto mechanics in the past. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for an auto shop that you can build a lasting and honest relationship with.

I recently moved to Visalia a month ago for work. One year prior, I bought a used car that had been serviced routinely at the dealership according to the previous owners. I LOVE my car, so one might imagine my shock and dismay when the idle on my car suddenly became rough and the check engine light came on jusy before I was supposed to start a rotation at the Fresno VA. As hospital physician, I cannot be without a car. This was extremely stressful. I looked up shops online and found DS Auto Experts was AAA certified and had GREAT reviews. I gave them a call, and Moises put me immediately at ease. He was very up front about what they would be doing with my car at all times, and the cost. I trusted him immediately upon meeting him, and allowed them to run the diagnostics. When it was clear that my car had very serious problems, Moises again discussed the issues in detail, in terms of could understand, and I agreed to let them investigate further. Since I brought the car in on a Friday, they kept my car locked up in the garage over the weekend, and called me Monday afternoon with the repairs they'd need to make, and the estimated cost. I decided to go with them for the repairs, and I'm so happy I did. They kept me updated on the progress and ended up repairing my car for much less than the estimate. They finished in three days, and when Moises learned I couldn't pick up the car that day because I was on call at the VA, they drove my car to me. My car has never run smoother, and I so genuinely appreciate the time and care they put into my car. They are an honest business and I can attest to the superior quality of their work. I am so pleased with my car and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone. Thank you DS Auto!

My daughter's Mini Cooper's engine light went on while in Visalia, she found DS Auto was a AAA recommended shop and they fit her in that day. It was one of the only shops that work on Minis and we are so happy she found them. She is a resident surgeon and had to be at the Fresno VA Hospital this week and had to leave her car in Visalia and go to Fresno. Everyone at the DS Auto was very professional. Because my daughter had a 24 hr. shift, and was in surgery most of the day I spoke to DS for her. We live in Hollister and when I told Moises that my husband and myself would pick up her car and take it to our daughter at the Fresno VA Hospital he told me that they would deliver the car to her! Everyone was so thoughtful and caring about getting her car to her and not having us drive all that way. We cannot believe the support and kindness they showed us. They delivered her car right at the end of her shift and my daughter called to tell me her car has never driven better and they cleaned the car and made the headlights look like new for no extra charge. The cost was quite a bit less than the estimate. I wish they were closer,we take all our cars to them. We are so grateful and they have a new customer, my daughter will be taking the Mini there for service from now on.
