DS Auto Experts went above and beyond my expectations, both in terms of the car service and their how they treat their customers! They are extremely thorough and explain everything in terms easily understandable to someone who is not well-versed in automobiles. They are extremely courteous and accommodating in every regard. I would highly recommend them!

Had diagnostic done somewhere else wanted estimate for new plugs i spent 2 1/2minutes defending myself I was talked to so rudely finally told well it the same price as they told you at last place! So i said well what was that? I dont think this is how a service mgr should talk to or treat new customer. I called because AAAaproved place which i am reporting to them also

These guys are awesome they know how to talk super Friendly show empathy and look very Professional in they're nice clothes bluetooth head sets and granite counter tops but they are full of sh@$.tried to charge me 1800 dollars to fix an alternator and a starter for my vehicle these guys charge an arm an leg I've worked in sales for 12 years and these guys are ridiculous!!! I got my car fixed for under $800 with another shop in Tulare!

Customer service like I have never seen before for an automotive repair facility. The facility was clean, the staff was extremely professional and courteous. They use a lot of technology to ensure the whole car is looked at and they communicate that information in a clear manner. It was very evident that they are trying to build a long-term relationship with customers rather than a quick buck. I found a place I can trust to take my vehicles to. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
