The staff are great and make you feel welcomed and keep informed on the progress of your vehicle. Communicating by email is great and notations as to the needs and status on the vehicle is great. A very happy customer!!!!

Took my 2011 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited in on a Monday morning without an appointment due to an electrical issue. Within 30 minutes the issue was diagnosed, explained, and a remedy proposed. An hour later this completely satisfied customer was on the road again. Hats off to Moises and the DS Auto Experts staff.

My check engine light on my Prius came on while visiting Sequoia National Park and I had to get home (3 hours away) that evening. Moises had me come in (after the Toyota dealer never even answered my call) and did a computer check, explained to me the issue and assured me I would get home safely where I could take it in. I wish I could have given Moises my business! It's hard to find a trustworthy mechanic and I would use them if I lived there. Thank you for all your help and genuine concern Moises and Richard!

Cleanest shop I have ever seen and explain everything well. The problem is the labor cost. Its posted on the wall and is a reasonable rate, but not shown on the invoice per item installed. I know you get what you pay for, but people need to see the labor on the invoice. The excuse is its just their billing system. Shame on them for not breaking it down for costumers. Just ask yourself why would a business do that? $43 to change one back up light , should have been $25 at the most. Two sub-frame bolts missing and replaced $185, should have been $50 max. Their mechanics must make $200 per hour and not the posted rate. Drove 30 min from out of town and feel like I wanted to vomit. Don't get me wrong you need your car fixed right, but getting a good mechanic doesn't mean you have to inflate the labor costs. They know they are wrong in not showing labor costs per item to the customer on the invoice...that is the scam here, not the quality of work . When the repair job is finished, the shop should give you an invoice, which must include the following: The shop's name, address, and automotive repair dealer (ARD) registration number, which they do. All work performed, including any work done under warranty at no charge, which they did. An itemized list of all parts replaced, indicating any parts that are used, reconditioned, or rebuilt, which they did. Labor cost, which they did as a total, but not per repair done. The only other explanation is that the overhead for those non-mechanics and their facilities must be outrageous or maybe because I am from out of town. P.S. I wished i knew the name of the repair shop where Armando Garza went .

I am sorry that you felt the way that you did after the service. But as you have eloquently detailed in your review everything under the sun has a cost. Sometimes we don't even get what we pay for. It is our goal to always do the best job possible in the most cost effective manner. Today's vehicles in many ways are more tedious to repair than those of years past. DS Auto was recommended to me by AAA. We were vacationing in the Sequoias and encountered a very minor coolant leak on a Wed. DS was able to see me the next day and resolved my issue so I could drive home on Friday back to 106 degree weather. Repairs were appropriate and pricing reasonable and worth the entire family's confidence in returning home. Richard is one of the more pleasant "snake oil" salesman I have ever met. He even sold me the correct snake oil. He also has a mighty fine first name. However, I am still waiting for my $1 million rebate for this well-desrved 5 star review.
