Great service and great people. I usually feel like I'm going to get ripped off at any auto repair shops. I was totally comfortable with the prices and they have two master mechanics. I'll definitely bring my car back here.

Wow, this place is awesome, they did a full vehicle inspection for free and sent me a web link with pictures comments and details on all components of my vehicle. They maintained consistent communication throughout the whole process and repairs. They even took video footage of certain things just to show me exactly what was wrong. I highly recommend this place. Top notch quality customer service. I’ll be coming back again

Great service Moises was awsome while i waited for the tow truck driver which took atleast hour and half after they closed he waited for my car to get there. They are really good with keeping you updated on your cars progress. Even when i thought i was bugging calling 3-4 times a day to check on the status of my car Moises was always polite and profesional. Very upfront on prices and do excellent work. I would highly recomend them to my friends and family. Thank you, D S auto.

Please take the time to read all this!I want to start off with saying that i gave this place a try after seeing all the good reviews online. So I went in there confident that they are at least honest about their work and they do a good job. Seeing that the place was well keep and a good reputation I knew it wasnt going to be cheap. But i was willing to pay the price as long as the car was fix to my standards. We started with a full car diagnostics on the car for $300+ and let me know everything that was wrong with the car which i was fine with because this can be expensive to do. Next day I went in there and they had a whole different additude about the car and pretty much letting me know that the car was going to be over 3k to fix! All the car really needed was a catilac converter and the power steering was out. We then stared discussing options and the 2 guys in the front desk started agruing with each other about the options. 1 looked like he really wanted to help me the other clearly wanted to charge me as much as he could. I cut the conversation and asked them for the car and drive away. Horrible place i wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

I brought in my Cadillac last Friday, I chose this place based upon the plethora of great reviews and the absolutely phenomenal customer service. My Cadillac was suffering from a fuel leak, I'd planned to do it myself, however I would have to remove the entire rear sub frame, exhaust, drive shaft and much more, I chose to leave it to the professionals. They had it completed in a day and a half and the owner personally opened the shop on Saturday just to give me my car, as well as ds auto paid for a rental for me. I absolutely plan to come to this place for any and all of my cars repairs. They aren't exactly the cheapest in town, but they're not the priciest, but their work is great, and to top it all off, they were the only place, of about 6 other shops, that actually offered a warranty on their work and parts. To end the review, I think this place is absolutely wonderful and I would highly recommend it to anyone needing any kind of repairs.

DS Auto Expert did an excellent job on my car (They went above and beyond their service). They did a thorough inspection first. Then they told me what the problems were and would fix everything (through my consent of course) and they actually did! Now I feel much comfortable and safer driving on the road. The employees were also professionals and very kind especially Moises who helped me a lot, knowing that I know little about cars. I would definitely recommend this place with my family and friends. Awesome service! I got there at 4pm on a Friday when most mechanics might move me to the next day. I had come in with what I thought was an alignment problem, and it was very quickly diagnosed as a bubble in my tire. When I mentioned that I was going to drive back to the Bay Area, Moises sprung into action and suggested that I should change the tire. So he called his contacts, found a reasonable tire, and fixed it, all in the name of my safety (and it was very inexpensive.). I also want to say that I am so impressed by the technology and business processes of this Auto business- I got my car report into my email and phone while I was there, and was able to get them to help troubleshoot the wiper blades that needed replacement. They even went over and above duty to buy new wiper blades for me, collect them from wherever, and put them on, at no service charge. Bear in mind it is now 5pm on a Friday night, and they were still so nice to me and offering me all kinds of drinks from their fridge. They also gave me discount coupons for my next return, as well as one for the person who referred me. I will certainly return for my next service needs!
