AMAZING JOB! I'm really blessed to have just randomly stopped to get help and Moises was just a great person with me really nice and polite and helped me to fix my problem. Best experience with customer service and car service. I absolutely recommend and will recommend to everyone I know.

Just wanted to say I really appreciate the hard work that was put into my vehicle there. Moises showed a high level of concern over my vehicle by going the extra mile to complete repairs. There were issues that he solved that saved me a huge cost that the original dealership couldn't even find. He made my life and wife stress free. We both really appreciate the dedication you made into getting our vehicle back asap. not only that but the staff and shop was by far the best organized and clean shop I've seen. It was my first time at DS Auto Experts and I will most definitely be returning! The staff was very hospitable, professional, curteous and made everything very easy for me to understand. I appreciate a company who is knowledgeable of my questions and then some! And for those who appreciate clean facilities, ladies you know what I mean, they hit the mark there 100%! Fancy and clean! It made my day walking away feeling treated as family, like they really cared about me as their customer. What a lovely staff and awesome place to have your vehicle serviced! :)

Where do I begin? If you are looking for just any shop you have come to the wrong place. This place is THE shop once you take your car here you won't want to go anywhere else EVER!! Talk about making you feel like family Yes! Clean facilities? Heck yeah you could eat off the floor. They are a little pricier then most but I can see why it's because they take pride in what they do. For the quality work they do and awesome costumer service from Moises and his team is worth it. when they have their team work on your car it's like they are working on their own. Quality Quality Quality work!! They are honest and upfront.They could have easily taken me to the cleaners for all the work my car needed but they said straight up these are my recommendations first and foremost because we don't want your money. We want to help you! wow what mechanic you know would say that? Will definitely recommend and will 1000% be back!! would give more stars if I could!!!! Thank you D S Auto!!!!

I had never heard of D&S auto experts until my transmission failed half way between Sacramento and Fort Irwin CA. My mechanic from Sacramento however was very familiar with them! I was immediately impressed with D&S before I had ever met them. Moses, my service provider, contacted me in Fort Irwin, (I had rented a car to get there, while my car was broke down in Delano), and worked with me until the car was able to arrive at the shop. Once there, I was given a tour of the shop and met several of the mechanics. Long story short, my car was not only fixed but they went above and beyond in going the extra mile both to me personally and my car. I jokingly said, that their service was almost worth moving from Sacramento to Visalia for! So if you are in the area, I highly recommend them to you.They also have a program there that is dear to my heart being a retired educator. Young people have an opportunity to shadow a mechanic and learn what the occupation is all about. Thank you D&S not only for the great service to your customers but also the community at large.

Received a flyer in the mail from this company. So try it and was extremely satisfied with the service that they gave to a 1st timer. Upon paying my bill they also gave me a discount card for my next oil change. Because of this I have taken my P/U in for air condition service. and was updated twice on the problems that were found. They are now my cars doctors no more dealers for me Top rate business!
