1st I would like to thank the staff at DS Auto Experts, not only did they do a great transmission job on my Durango, but Moises walked me though step by step through this extended warranty process. He kept me in the loop with everything that was going on, and even the owner got involved when the Insurance was trying to charge me extra $$ for my out ofc pocket deductible. After going back and forth with the insurance, he made them pay for all the rest of the coverage, and i only paid my deductible of $250. So I definitely recommend you give DS Auto a try for all your vehicle needs, as I think I finally found an honest shop around town

I came in without an appointment when I noticed a warning light indicating that my brake lights weren't functioning. Moises had it fixed while I waited in less than 15 minutes. You always take good care of us and our vehicles.

Moises was very helpful since I got there with issues with my AC in my civic. Before he even talked about an appointment he checked if the car had any open recalls on the car knowing that this model has had issues with the AC. After we didn’t find any open recalls we went ahead and made an appointment for the next day. Dropped off my car at 8 am and I was contacted right before noon like he had promised. Turned out it was my AC condenser, instead of offering repairs he researched and found out that my car had an extended warranty on that issue and referred me to Honda to get that repaired under warranty. D S auto express is a stand up and honest shop! Will definitely go to them for any future needs!
