This is the place to go if you want honesty and good people. Moises walked me through every single step of using my warranty on my vehicle. I had no clue how to use my MaxCare warranty from Carmax. I just knew that my car wasn’t starting and it died while driving without any knowledge of why. I had to have it towed and Moises called me when it arrived and assured me that he would have the diagnostics done soon. I got the diagnostics on Wednesday and with it being thanksgiving week I knew some things would be delayed. It’s now Monday, less than a week later I have my car back and I couldn’t be happier. I’m forever grateful for this shop for taking care of me. Thank you Moises! Also, if you’re going to buy a jeep get the warranty!

After picking up the car, the motion sensor and the emission control sensor were malfunctioning and there was still oil leaking from the oil filter, which we believe should have been caught after keeping the car for almost 3 days. Requested to have a quick repair attempt on the heater blend actuator and it was refused without first doing a $250 diagnosis.

They were able to fix the electrical issue my car had within a few days. A previous shop had my car for about 2 weeks and couldn’t figure it out. My car has been running perfect since and I couldn’t be more thankful that D S Auto Experts fixed the problem. 10/10 recommended!!
