The staff was very friendly and answered questions to the best of their ability. Unfortunately extremely overpriced for diagnostic phase.

I have worked with DS for 8 years now!...... They are friendly and courteous and their lead Mechanic is TOP NOTCH. When ever I drive home to the east coast they are there to help my trip go smoothly. I can't say good enough good things about them.

Everyone was very friendly but I was told it was going to be over three hundred just to diagnose. I took my car to another mechanic and total to fix my car was one hundred and fifty on the same day.

This shop is very efficient and reliable. It's very hard to find an honest mechanic. I've been using their services faithfully and had no complaints. I'll use them again.

I had to have a starter motor replaced. My wife recommended DS Auto. The shop is immaculate and the staff friendly. They had the starter replaced by the next day. Why 1 star? DS Auto charged me 1,163 dollars. $713 was for a "re-munufactured" starter. I googled and found at least 4 places in town that have new starter motors for a 2015 Honda Accord. All were under $120. Auto zone was $79. I guess they need to pay for the owners classic car and ample staff. I feel like I was swindled for at least $600. I won't go to DS Auto experts in the future.

Problem with my washer fluid- DS discovered that I was putting windshield fluid in my cooling system! Just didnt realize that the windshield washer reservoir was on the other side! They fixed it - flushed out my cooling system And no further damage! Also checked all my fluids and tires and listed a reminder of the next services/ mileage and or date for the next service. Routine or regular maintenance means less problems down the road!
