Dear Mr. and Mrs. Prado, Greetings, my name is Rene J. Mendoza II and I wanted to contact you regarding the service I received from your business that started on 2-4-15. I had been in contact with your Service Consultant Moises Delgadillo, Jr., regarding my 1981 Toyota Pick-up. My pick-up had been leaking oil for some time. I had taken my truck to two different local auto shops in Coalinga, but they could not determine where the leak was coming from. I brought my truck to DS Auto Experts for a check. I was prepared to wait several hours for the check on my truck. I had brought newspapers, my DVD player and my Android phone. To keep myself entertained while I waited. I was shocked when I had just finished my paper and Moises told me they had determined what was wrong with my truck. Moises explained everything to me. After discussing my options with my wife, on 2-24-15, I brought my pick-up in for an entire brand new (re-manufactured) Toyota 22R engine. I was expecting to wait a few weeks to have all the work on my truck finished. After all, I figured with having to pull out the engine and then put a new engine in, I was prepared to wait a few weeks. Well on 2-27-15, my jaw hit the floor. Moises called me and said my truck was ready for pick up. I was shocked, dumbfounded, amazed. The engine had only arrived on 2-25-15 and now, three days later, an old engine had been removed, the entire truck checked, fixed and put back together!! Auto Technician Cerrillos Aguilar (AL 078) had done the work on my truck. I arrived to pick up my truck. Moises was kind enough to stay late so my wife could drive me in to pick up my truck. I was shown the engine. WOW, does not do enough justice as to what I saw. I literally thought the truck had just been finished by Toyota and it was 1981 all over again!!!!! The drive home was AMAZING!!! My truck drove so smooth and the engine never felt so strong. You see, this truck is very special to me. It was my Grandfather’s truck and it was given to me when he passed away 8 years. So there are a lot of memories for me in this truck. I cannot express enough how much the work of Moises and Cerrillos meant to me. Please share my extreme happiness/joy/satisfaction in the OUTSTANDING job they did on my grandfathers truck. I know he is looking down at me and smiling to see his little red truck still going strong. I would recommend your company to anyone who would ask me about auto repair. Please pass on the biggest “atta boy” to Moises and Cerrillos. They are both HUGE assets to your company.

Moses took very good care of me and my 2002 Infiniti I35 that needed the spark plugs and ignition coils replaced. He made it a point to give me multiple different options and prices that would fit into the budget that I could afford. I would recommend everyone o go to DS Auto Experts for any automotive problems you may have. The staff are extremely helpful, and will work with you to get you the best deal on your repair possible.

This was such an amazing experience for me and my husband. Extremely courteous and professional, fast, efficient, expert knowledge in their field…our situation was so unique in that we were literally stranded away several miles away from DS Auto Experts with a dead battery! It was just closing hours and not only did these fine folks pick us up from where we were stranded and give us a jump start to get our car moving again , but picked me up from where I had been working for the day while my husband was stranded with our car with the dead batter! They took us back to their meticulously clean and beautiful facility, gave us snacks to munch on as we were starving from not eating all day, and even gave us a personalized tour of their impressive facility while we were waiting to have our car fixed and our battery replaced while waiting in their luxurious beautifully lit waiting room. These guys went above and beyond when they could have easily just have closed their doors for the evening, gone home to their families to share their own dinner and evenings with them, but instead, in the rainy dark and cold, they all stayed for us, keeping us company and sharing their knowledge and expertise with us. They were true angels and it was a miracle that they were there for us and our vehicle. We had a very long drive back to where we were headed and it gave us so much confidence that we had been in the very best hands that were in their industry. We cannot thank you guys enough! There just aren’t enough words. Awesome, fantastic, what a stellar job!!!!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! You were all lifesavers! And our Lexus 350 thanks you too!

Excellent service! Richard helped us out when we were traveling through town and the check engine light came on. They stayed after hours to make sure we made it safely back on the road! Can't recommend them enough, wish they were in Los Angeles!

Amazing service! Friendly, knowledgeable, and just all around great staff. Fixed everything that needed to be fixed. This was my second visit here and each time I have been massively impressed!*Edit 8/10/17* I have been coming to Ds for 2 years now and have to say they are the only ones I trust to do a great job on my car and take care of us every time! This is the best business in Visalia. Friendly staff and great customer service. Moses and Richard in the front counter always make me feel like I am their #1 customer. The great service that I receive each time I come in makes me want to come back again.

I had problems with my rental car and they helped me really good. I came in and they where very kindly. They viewed the car for free and gave free advice. Oil had to be replaced and the tires had to be checked. When I called the rental company they didn't want to help me. I handed the phone to the man from the desk and he managed for me with the rental company that I get another car. I'm really happy about that. I am very grateful for their good service. Now I can enjoy my vacation again! Thank you again!

I just had the air conditioner in our 2005 Toyota Prius repaired here. Before I dropped the car off it was blowing warm air only. Now, after diagnosing the cooling system, tearing apart the entire dashboard to get to the defective parts, replacing them, and putting it all back together, our air conditioner is blowing a cool 48 degrees F. It was not an easy repair. You need a highly skilled technician for this type of repair. When you want it done right the first time, this is where you take your car. Not only that, but while I was paying for this repair, the owner himself did a real nice favor for me for free on another car I used to drive over to the shop to pay my bill for the Prius. I give this business 5 stars out of 5 for excellent customer driven service and I highly recommend them for anyone's vehicle repair needs.
