It's been about a week since I've have my green truck worked on there at D & S, and so far my truck is working great. -The cost was below the quote -I was able to drop my vehicle off and Santos (owner) gave me a ride home with one of their complimentary Chauffeur vehicles. -My vehicle was ready at the time of quoted readiness. -Very Friendly-This company did a full vehicle inspection for me, which I didn't expect (awesome). It is an easy to read document. -When I picked my truck up, it was washed. Very awesome-You get what you pay for. And it's money well spent folks. I usually don't write reviews , but D & S deserve it. Thanks Moises, Richard, Santos, and your full mechanic team. Especially the mechanics who worked on my truck...I'm sure it was not a walk in the park lol

My recent service experience with the staff at D S Auto Experts left me feeling compelled to share my experience with other potential customers. The level of customer service that I received at D S Auto was unprecedented. I had been searching for a fair and trustworthy auto repair shop and I believe I have found exactly that at D S Auto. I will not hesitate to recommend D S Auto to any family and friends who are in need of an auto repair shop. It was not just the friendly staff that won over my loyalty, but also the exceptional communication that I received in dealing with my vehicles issues. After my vehicle was diagnosed, I was given a detailed report on my vehicles condition along with recommended repairs that I was able to access from my smart phone. With this information, I was able to make an informed decision on which mechanical issues that I felt most needed to be addressed. When communicating with the service manager Moises, I found him to be both patient and helpful in answering all of the various questions that I had regarding the scope of work as well as explaining the breakdown of the estimated repair costs. Another factor that is worth mentioning is the repair work is backed by a 36,000 mile / 36 month warranty. Along with the mechanical repairs to my vehicle, I also requested to have my car detailed for the first time. I was amazed at the condition of my 16 year old Honda when I picked it up from the shop. The re-conditioning and attention to detail inside and out on my vehicle was unbelievable and surpassed all my expectations. My car literally looked like it was brand new again and fresh off of the showroom floor. If I had to sum up my customer experience with D S Auto Experts with two words they would be: Complete Satisfaction! There is no doubt that the D S Auto team takes pride in their work.

I love DS Auto Experts in Visalia Ca. They are auto experts who take the time of fixing any vehicle. DS auto has passed smog. It has take 3 years but now i have DS Auto Experts in Visalia Ca to thank for all they do

Everyone at DS are great at what they do. The service, the communication, the time for repairs. All great. I had a horrible experience at a previous auto shop. I contacted DS, and they corrected everything that was done wrong and did it in one day compared to the 7+ days that the other shop took. Ending up costing me more money for rental and down time. I truly say as a referral ..... to use DS Auto. They will take care of you. Thanks to all that took care of the issues with my car, and handling everything professionally. Btw ..... I'm calling you again. I need an oil change. ��

Previously had rated it 5 stars because they said they would reduce the estimate if I were to give them a good rating on Google (which they did, but was still kinda shady - if your service was good, you wouldn't need to do that!). However, these guys are waaaaaay over-priced for what they offer. I went in for a simple thermostat change on my car and they recommended a few things like complete radiator flush, oil change, air filter change, and battery terminal cleanup. Even with the reduced price, it still ended up being $864 ($122 just for diagnostics!). Got it fixed on Friday and worked fine up until Sunday night, when it wouldn't even start! (Btw I NEVER had a problem with the car's power, startup, etc since I bought the car). They said that I needed to change the battery (even though when I bought the car a year ago with a new battery). I will replace the battery just in case, but definitely not here. The only reason why I paid such a high price was because I thought I would have zero problems afterwards for a long time, but I was wrong. And although it may be the battery, I'm still suspicious since I never had any power problems since owning the vehicle. DON'T take your car here unless you are rich and have money to blow. There are far cheaper auto shops in town that still do a good job without charging you an arm and a leg. A A complete and utter ripoff for the services offered. Avoid at all costs! And btw, most of these high reviews (which is why I came here in the first place) were most likely bought by these guys from their customers in exchange for a reduced price! Note, if your service is excellent, you wouldn't need to do that in the first place! D & S Auto Experts......Experts my @$$!

Amit, Sorry to hear that the vehicles battery failed after your visit with us. During the initial evaluation the battery was found to be in need of a replacement. However during the authorization process the battery replacement was declined. I'm sure that had the battery not failed your original five star rating would have never changed. As you recall when you made us aware of your vehicles condition we came immediately to your residence to see how we could help. At that time we jump started the vehicle which in turn allowed you to bring the vehicle to our facility. We then performed a starting and charging system inspection to find the battery defective and in need of replacement as previously recommended. All of this service was completed at no charge and the labor portion of the batter replacement was also offered at no charge. We did all of this because this is the type of service that we deliver to all of our customers. Took my 02 expedition here recently and unfortunately didn't have a good experience like I expected to. Vincent had great customer service and was the best part of my experience here, and I thank him. But anyway long story short I had taken my car to 2 other shops this was the third and last one I took it too. I had been having issues with erratic rough idle, and noone seemed to be able to fix the issue these guys swore they would be able too. I dished out nearly 1300 dollars and they replaced a belt and tensioner since I needed it and was there, and they determined I needed a throttle body and induction system clean out due to being clogged with debris and that I needed new spark plugs as well and that all this would fix my problem with a idle relearn procedure. I agreed since they seemed to know what they were doing, and I have a fairly good mechanical background and seems reasonable it could cause my issues. Got my car back the next day cleaned inside and out which I am thankful for last drive was out of town with kids and inside and outside were filthy. Car idled ok for a day then had same issue next morning. When I popped my hood I noticed my engine cover was missing. I know it was there because I had changed my IAC valve the day before and me amd my dad made sure to install it before I went home. i called Ds a few days later to tell them the car wasn't fixed and still had the same issue, and asked politely if they could look for the engine cover assuming maybe they were busy and forgot to install it. Moses said he would call about the cover, and to wait a week for the car to relearn the idle. A week went by and nothing so I pulled my ignition coils and most of them were filthy and cracked which can cause my issue not to getting the proper spark. They did replace the plugs though which I know it needed from the boots. I replaced the boots and springs lubed them and reinstalled and did a pcm reset procedure and the car is running like new. Bottom line they had to pull these to access the plugs they should of seen the bad condition and asked to replace them at the same time as the plugs and didn't. They did about 60% of the job charged me a arm and a leg and left me the rest of the work and told me it was fixed. Moses told me when I called him a few days ago about the engine cover that when they received my vehicle it was never on the car. I am guessing it was lost or kept as a spare for another vehicle , and they are denying it. Sad thing is I am a Christian, and they appear to be Christian run with Bibles in there office, Christian music on, and the Christian dove symbol on there business cards. Not a good way to portray yourselves if you are not going to be a honest company. Going to have to pay 35-45 to get a new cover off ebay, try to find the right bolts at osh, and not getting back my 1300 which I could of still had since I could of done all they did on my own as well, and would of fixed the car on my own. 1 star and not recommending anyone, or returning here again.
