Thank you D S Auto Experts for taking care of the A/C problem in my SUV. I am so glad to FINALLY have found a great auto service center that I can trust and refer my family and friends to. My past experiences with auto service centers have not been good ones. Always dreading the day that I would need to take my car in for service. One of the first things I've noticed walking into D S Auto Experts was how courteous and inviting both Moises and Vincent were. I did not feel intimidated nor deceived at any point. A wealth of information was given to me about the "health" of my auto with their detailed multi point inspection. The report was in depth and with pictures. I've never seen anything like it. The issue with the A/C was resolved quickly and I was a happy customer. I will be returning back to this great place. Thank you for your wonderful service.

DS Auto is the best! We had a problem with our vehicle that no one could figure out. The guys at DS found the problem that same day and fixed it fast! I feel this is a mechanic company I can really trust. Thank you DS Auto!

Had a great customer service! Employee Moises attended me right away and was very helpful and clear when helping me. Had a great experience everything was done in a timely manner they make you part of the progress.

WHY 5 STARS??? Traveling with family is never easy...soService - simply the best on so many levels!Alternator on 2011 Honda was done. I made it out of Sequoia and down to DS. So glad I went to this shop out of the many choices available. Problem diagnosed quickly and fee waived for diagnostics. Car washed and detailed after an extensive review of operating systems and a detailed report was provided by email while at lunch. They gave me and my family a ride to lunch, picked us up after lunch, and then went about finding how they can offer discounts based on my credentials? They asked if I had AAA, former military, educator... as that would be a discount. They discounted their profit to keep it affordable for me. They found a new OEM alternator and had it installed, all fluids topped off, air pressure adjusted, new belt, put new battery in proper position and locked it in, and then DID NOT try to sell me a bunch of unnecessary items to retrieve that profit. They did give me a detailed list of things will need attention as time passes. I am using that list to complete all the things they found! I recall Christian music playing in the background in their office. We were even offered free bottled water and gatorade (it was really hot). This is a good group of people who work hard at the dynamic of happy people are so much easier to work with and ultimately satisfy. I left very satisfied and was back on top of the mountain by 5 that same day.Well, we got to see the sunset behind the giant sequoias like we planned. Moises even showed us a snappy little shortcut that took us into the park where there was NO WAITING at the pay gate. NO WAITING!!! That was SLICK!!!I was so impressed we drove all the way back with donuts and each of us thanked all of them individually! They earned it!Why 5 stars? Well, as a result of the breakdown and repair, my vacation was enhanced instead of ruined!!!Thanks guys and I washed the dirt off the tires Moises!!!!

I have had D & S service and maintain my vehicles for the past 5 years and I have had the best experience I have ever had with them. Moises is always ready to help and keeps me informed at all times. Vincent is a keeper too. They are always polite and are up to date on all aspects of what is needed to properly service and maintain my vehicles. THEY ARE THE BEST !!!! SKIP PLUMMER

DS AUTO EXPERTS. WOW THESE PEOPLE GO ABOVE AND BEYOND. THEY REALLY DO TAKE CARE OF YOU AND UNDERSTANDS YOUR CONCERNS AND NOT ONLY THAT THEY TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY. I WAS THERE FOR THIS FORTH OF JULY WEEKEND WITH MY FAMILY ON A CAMPING TRIP WHEN MY VAN CAUGHT ON FIRE.THE TOW TRUCK PEOPLE TOWED ME OVER HERE TO DS AUTO EXPERTS AND THEY TOOK CARE OF THE REST. Went in to get my oil changed and it was great service. Got my car done within the time they gave me, and they did more work than asked for. They also inspected the car to see what else was wrong with it and gave a checklist with sections going from green, yellow, then red. I would recommend this place. I'll update this post if I find anything wrong.

Headed home from Shaver Lake had a double blow out on my RV. Called AAA and they put me in touch with Vince at DS. I couldn't have asked for better service! Vince arranged a flat bed tow off Highway 99 to their shop. They were able to replace my tires and get us back on our journey home. They took such good care of us, loaned us a car so we could go get a meal while we waited. Kept the shop open late just to make sure we were taken care of and back on the road. They bent over backwards for us! Thank you!!!!!
