I WAS THERE FOR THIS FORTH OF JULY WEEKEND WITH MY FAMILY ON A CAMPING TRIP WHEN MY VAN CAUGHT ON FIRE.THE TOW TRUCK PEOPLE TOWED ME OVER HERE TO DS AUTO EXPERTS AND THEY TOOK CARE OF THE REST. IF I CAN FIVE STARS IS NOT ENOUGH NOR WORTH IT. I WOULD HAVE GIVING YOU TEN OUTTA TEN STARS.AND THE TWO MALE CONSULTANTS THAT WORKS UP FRONT REALLY TAKE CARE OF YOU. ESPECIALLY MR. MOISES WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND HIS JOB DUTYS TO TAKE CARES OF MY FAMILY AND I. I CAN"T THANK YOU ENOUGH SIR. MAY GOD ALWAYS BLESS YOU AND YOUR PARTNER OVER THERE AND THE COMPANY YOU ALL WORK FOR. AND I CAN"T FORGET ABOUT THE GUYS IN THE BACK THAT TAKES CARE OF ALL THE VEHICLES MUCH KUDOS TO YOU TOO.

I have had D & S service and maintain my vehicles for the past 5 years and I have had the best experience I have ever had with them. Moises is always ready to help and keeps me informed at all times. Vincent is a keeper too. They are always polite and are up to date on all aspects of what is needed to properly service and maintain my vehicles. THEY ARE THE BEST !!!!SKIP PLUMMER

Went in to get my oil changed and it was great service. Got my car done within the time they gave me, and they did more work than asked for. They also inspected the car to see what else was wrong with it and gave a checklist with sections going from green, yellow, then red. I would recommend this place. I'll update this post if I find anything wrong.

Headed home from Shaver Lake had a double blow out on my RV. Called AAA and they put me in touch with Vince at DS. I couldn't have asked for better service! Vince arranged a flat bed tow off Highway 99 to their shop. They were able to replace my tires and get us back on our journey home. They took such good care of us, loaned us a car so we could go get a meal while we waited. Kept the shop open late just to make sure we were taken care of and back on the road. They bent over backwards for us! Thank you!!!!!

Pure awesomeness! Very courteous and polite staff! Outstanding service, very professional, EXCELLENT work!! My car was in total nightmare condition, Vincent definitely went the extra mile to make sure everything was painless for me and made sure I fully understood what need to be done and why it was important. We received a flyer in the mail, just moved so it was addressed to the old customer or current resident. We were having problems with our 1994 Toyota 4 Runner, engine light on, leaking water and oil, plus running rough. We decided to try DS Auto Experts and it was an excellent decision! First thing I noticed - very clean auto stalls (work area), customer service excellent - Moises D., very personable and professional, when work was being done on the vehicle, we were brought in and shown the problems and what needed to be done to remedy the problem. DS also worked with us to prioritize the work to be done. DS also made us their priority. The vehicle runs great, a couple of days later, we took the vehicle back to have it smogged and it passed. We are very pleased how we were treated and the work that was done.

My wife and I were traveling to a business conference in Sonora from San Bernardino last week when her Check Engine light came on. Car was running poorly and we pulled off at another shop down the freeway. We were told a new transmission might be in order. $4K?! Yikes! We limped it to D & S and Moises and the crew were helpful, professional and within an hour had a proper and correct diagnosis. We needed to leave the vehicle and D & S even helped us get a rental car for a day. We got where we needed to go and picked up our car the next day. It was done on time, no excuses, no surprises. Turned out we needed two sensors and the cost was very reasonable. Clean shop. Professional employees. I wish I lived closer as I'd happily take any of my vehicles there again and again. I went to D&S for the first time to get my truck worked on and the people there were very helpful and friendly. If u go and get your vehicle worked on u will be treated with love like if u were family. I really had a good experience there. Would recommend anyone to give this place a chance to fix your vehicle or simply get it serviced. Thank you guys D & S

The staff at DS Auto Experts was absolutely wonderful! My husband and I were having issues with the AC going out in our rental RV and they were so helpful in working with us and handling things with the rental company as well. Their shuttle service dropped us off at a great little diner for breakfast and kept us well informed on the repairs. Air conditioning repairs can be time consuming but they had us back on the road in just a couple of hours. They even took the time to give us better directions for our trip up to Sequoia and Kings Canyon. We're so grateful!

Customer service is outstanding! Brought van in for AC repair. DS also performed overall diagnostic test free of charge. Work was done in a timely manner and at a fair price. The van was spotless when we picked it up. We'll definitely return to DS For future auto maintenance/repair.
