I went to D&S for the first time to get my truck worked on and the people there were very helpful and friendly. If u go and get your vehicle worked on u will be treated with love like if u were family. I really had a good experience there. Would recommend anyone to give this place a chance to fix your vehicle or simply get it serviced. Thank you guys D & S

The staff at DS Auto Experts was absolutely wonderful! My husband and I were having issues with the AC going out in our rental RV and they were so helpful in working with us and handling things with the rental company as well. Their shuttle service dropped us off at a great little diner for breakfast and kept us well informed on the repairs. Air conditioning repairs can be time consuming but they had us back on the road in just a couple of hours. They even took the time to give us better directions for our trip up to Sequoia and Kings Canyon. We're so grateful!

Customer service is outstanding! Brought van in for AC repair. DS also performed overall diagnostic test free of charge. Work was done in a timely manner and at a fair price. The van was spotless when we picked it up. We'll definitely return to DS For future auto maintenance/repair.

I can't even begin to tell you how much DS auto goes out of their way to help its customers. I was coming back from Sequoia after a week of camping. My car breaks down and I called DS Auto because they were one of the closest mechanics to us plus they were AAA recommended. On the phone I spoke to Vincent who was extremely professional and gave me the go ahead to bring in my car. Once there I immediately knew I was in good hands. Vincent and Spencer from DS Auto were extremely understanding to my situation. I needed to get back on the road as soon as possible. They took my car in and even gave my passengers and myself a ride into downtown to kill some time. After they called to tell me what the problem was they came and picked us up too! I ended up having to spend the night in Visalia because the parts I needed weren't available. Vincent and Spencer told me that they had arranged for a complimentary rental car for us for the day. They even offered to help us find a hotel accommodation for the night. They next day DS Auto called and gave me an extremely detailed report about my car. My car was ready in less than 24 hours and I couldn't be happier. I am so grateful that I ran into DS auto, thank you guys so much. You made a terrible experience into a great one.

The guys at DS Auto have been fabulous! Their inspection and work is thorough. The inspection reports came to us via text message complete with photos for things they were concerned about. Every little thing is kept on record so we can have our file pulled up if we need to review a past item or save something for later. They also helped us finance our charges with 0% interest for a year!
