over $4000.00 and couldn't fix the issue the car was brought in for.Had to have the car towed to the shop just to hear the next repair would be over $700.00.Owner was rude since he didn't like that I was unhappy with the srvice and told me to have the car towed off the lot.Told the owner people would know about the service and Santos told me to "watch my words."Threat?Went on line to check prices of parts that were put in the car and they were 4 to 500% Beware of their christian talk and smiling faces. Had the car towed to the next shop and they want 120 less then what I was quoted for the job that should of been done in the first place.Never been so disgusted with a man and his business.Going to call ACS and share with everyone what happen.Even the tow truck driver said they were rude to them.

Our small RV transmission failed in Sequoia National Park and AAA recommended D S Auto Experts. We have been treated so well, they understood that they didn't have just our car, but our home. They allowed us to stay in our unit overnight until they could work on it the next morning. Prompt, courteous service allowed us to keep our vacation plans. Very understanding for RVers and pets. I have taken several vehicles to these guys, and they always give me honest straight forward advice. Very reasonably priced, they are quick to get the job done, and they always give me back my vehicles squeaky clean. They were honest and reliable! They do wonderful work above and beyond what was expected. The service was fast and friendly! We will be returning!

I never ever write reviews but I felt compelled after the extremely professional manner in which Moses at DS Auto treated me recently.My son recently returned to visalia and his Mitsubishi eclipse spyder broke down the day after he returned. He had it towed to a different auto shop who recommended all kinds of repairs Which were totally unnecessary. My son called me and I called AAA who recommended DS auto.I spoke with Moses over the phone and he assured me he would look after everything including towing my car to his shop. Once there he immediately assessed the problem was a simple one (the key had broken thereby immobilizing the engine). He gave the car a total checkup and fixed some minor issues like headlight dimming etc, ordered a new key and my son was back driving the next day. He did all his, confirming everything with me over the phone. I'm normally extremely wary of mechanics especially when I am 200 milked away, but I wholeheartedly recommend Moses and his staff at DS Auto. Thank you

D S Automotive was actually my second choice for a smog check. My first choice, which was closer to home, was closed. I arrived at D S without an appointment. Still, the folks here got me in and out quickly. They were also very friendly and gave my coupons for future visits. I highly recommend D S Automotive.

Talk about Quality service!! I was very pleased working Moses, who gave great professionalism and support when I really needed it. I was visiting family in the Visalia/Three Rivers area on a hot summer day when my truck broke down on the freeway with my 2 year old daughter, and my truck was returned back to me in time for me to drive home as planned. The level of consideration to the urgency of my situation and immediate compassion that was shared by D S Auto Experts, was extremely appreciated. DS Auto Experts saved my vacation! I was camping out in the Sierra's and my 4Runner had a massive break down. I got it into Visalia and no one would even look at it. I called DS Auto Experts and Moses didn't even hesitate. He told me that they would look at it right away and take care of the problem ASAP. I was impressed at how professional the shop was and the quality of customer service offered by Moses and Santos. They assured me that they would take great care of me and they did not disappoint. DS took care of my vehicle, got it fixed quickly and cost effectively. They even took care of getting me set up with a rental car. I wish they were close to my home town, I would go to no one else.

I had a car door problem while passing through Visalia on a Saturday morning. Not knowing anyone in the area, I picked the nearest open auto repair place from a Google search. When I drove up, Santos was standing outside his shop chatting with someone. He was completely welcoming, friendly, and eager to help. In fact, he helped us solve the problem so quickly he insisted on not being paid-- talk about a good Samaritan! If I lived near Visalia I'd definitely try him out for auto service, considering what a kind person he was to me and my family. Thanks again, Santos!
