Santos & his staff are the best!

Customer service was friendly, but condescending. Charged WAY TOO MUCH. The work done was satisfactory, if expensive, but the inspection fees were outrageous. Will not be returning, would not recommend.

My husband and I have been servicing our cars here for over 5 years and would not go anywhere else. The quality of their work is none like we've ever experienced before. We take our cars in at the recommended times for routine maintenance and have never ever had a problem with any of them. We've even got my mother in law coming here from Porterville now. She tried other places closer to home but says she will not go anywhere else anymore either. The owner and all the staff at D&S have always, always taken care of us, been super helpful, friendly, and accommodating which is why I give them 5 stars. Thank you D&S!!

I had to use DNS auto experts last fall when transmission in my 2009 Ford escape burnt out. The owner, Santos Prado, gave me excellent service in trying to resolve my issue. I owned an extended warranty with third-party and Mr. Prado worked with me and made many phone calls to Ford and my third-party extended warranty holder and helped me get my car fixed. He made no money off of me but treated me as his highest paying customer. As a stranger to Visalia I really appreciated the professional manner in which Mr. Prado and his staff treated me. His shop was immaculate and all the employees showed pride in their work & utmost respect for their customers.

Over the years we have used a number of different auto service shops for both company and personal vehicles. Just over a year ago we began using D&S Auto Experts and could not be happier. Their staff, service and quality of work is professional and first class. From the detailed explanations and work to the quality of service and parts, we have been very pleased with the results. These guys are extremely professional and honest and somebody we enjoy doing business with.

I have known the owner of this shop since 2007 and appreciate the professionalism, cleanliness and great value that this shop offers. If you are looking for quality repairs, I would highly recommend you check them out.
