Trust is a huge factor when deciding to do business with any company. For me, trust is earned, not through a single experience but through continued positive performance. Many times while visiting my parents in Visalia, I had the opportunity to observe first hand the reason that they trusted and always insisted on using D S Auto. Consequently, when I moved to Visalia, completing a 2600 mile road trip, I took my car straight to D S Auto. Along with moving to Visalia, it was one of the best decisions that I've made. Since that time, and with each visit, I have come to trust them even more. I have experienced exceptional customer service from everyone there, and yes, especially Moises. They have exceeded my expectations in too many ways to list. As a matter of fact, they should be giving customer service seminars to other businesses in town! But that's not all. Along with the great customer service, they have top notch, highly trained mechanics who have kept my car running like a dream. With D S Auto, I drive worry free and still have enough money left in my pocket to take a few road trips! When someone asks who I trust, I always recommend D S Auto.

Having my vehicle just fail smog due to high emissions I was at a lost on what I would have to do next to pass smog in order to register and receive the tags. Not having the time nor knowledge to take on this latest task, I begin making calls and getting estimates. I called D'S Auto Experts in Visalia Calif., and Lord behold myvtroubles were over. Look you just have to here my story. Again I called and was ask if I could be called back the agent was with a customer. I was called back a a very reasonable time and ask how could I be helped? I explained and the agent at DSAutoExperts set me up with a program that would pay 500.00 on repairs. I followers the agents instructions and received the $500.00 voucher and took my car to DSAutoExperts who made the repairs in days time and I'm on my way to the big bad DMV with a smile. Thank You DSAutoExperts for all you've done.

This was the best customer service that we have ever had when dealing with cars. Moses and the staff were very professional and willing to do whatever it took to get the job done correctly and in a timely manner. They even arranged for my vehicle to be dropped off at my location due to the fact that I was unable to pick up my car from the shop. I will continue to use them in the future.

We moved here from fresno two years ago. We hit a few garages and finally found DS Auto experts. My first contact was with Moses. Great guy! He had us in and out. We have been coming here ever since. I have never had to come back for a repeat. The problem is always fixed the first time. Santos remembers things about you and when you come back, it's like the conversation never ended. Great place, great people. We're sold on DS Auto experts! Merry Christmas!

Well I don't think I can say enough. Their customer service is over the top. So I broke in Sequoia, on a 2000 mile trip one way. Got towed to their shop. Told them my issues and they went above to get me on the road again. By the way this was Friday morning, day after Thanksgiving. I would have been stuck till at least that Monday. They also washed my truck. Took the rental car back for me. Got me a little piece to fix my tailgate that quit working on the trip. Tires look great...lol...thanks guys. wish you were closer, you got my business for life.

It's been about a week since I've have my green truck worked on there at D & S, and so far my truck is working great. -The cost was below the quote -I was able to drop my vehicle off and Santos (owner) gave me a ride home with one of their complimentary Chauffeur vehicles. -My vehicle was ready at the time of quoted readiness. -Very Friendly-This company did a full vehicle inspection for me, which I didn't expect (awesome). It is an easy to read document. -When I picked my truck up, it was washed. Very awesome-You get what you pay for. And it's money well spent folks. I usually don't write reviews , but D & S deserve it. Thanks Moises, Richard, Santos, and your full mechanic team. Especially the mechanics who worked on my truck...I'm sure it was not a walk in the park lol
