I've been at D&S about 5 years...a single, older lady who has needed trustworthy service. This is exactly what I've received...time after time. Today I picked up my car (love the shuttle service) after they warrantied a part put in some months ago...absolutely no cost to me...they stood behind it completely. They went above and beyond in every way. I'm saying a big thank you to my Jesus for this...and obviously a big thank you to D&S. You will be in good hands there...every time.

Greatest service I've ever had in the past 25 years that I've been taking my cars in for any type of automotive work. Without a doubt I will be back. I'm from selma but would have no problem making the drive for the service I got!! They were fast as well, and went out of their way to ensure i was happy! ! Thank you guys, Great job!!

D & S saved my summer and ended my car nightmares!It's a long detailed story, the last 2 paragraphs are the most important.In December 2014, my alternator failed in my 2002 Subaru Outback. I had it towed and repaired in northern California (and bought a new battery), only to have more issues in March 2015, corrosion on my battery cables which was another tow and repair to the same shop. On May 31, 2015, I was 400 miles into a 500 miles moving trip. My alternator failed again and I was towed to a nearby shop that the tow truck driver just took me to, and my family picked me up since it was a Sunday night. Since my original repair was covered by a Napa Autocare warranty, the 2nd new alternator was covered, and I drove the remaining 100 miles to get home 2 days later.By July 11th, the 2nd new alternator was dead too! After doing some research, I decided to get the new repair at D&S, and this is where my story gets positive!After explaining the issues detail to their helpful staff (I spoke to Moises), I felt good about them looking into the issue. The following day, I received a call that the wrong alternator was installed in my car! And it likely happened twice... They replaced it with the correct alternator, replaced a battery terminal, and inspected all of the systems affected by the original error. Since this was a 2nd warranty repair within the coverage period, Napa covered this repair for me. Finally my 7 month nightmare is over! I've been driving for 2 weeks now without an issue or a single dash warning light coming on. I am very satisfied with how thorough they were with the repair, as well as their prompt service. My car was filthy when I dropped it off, and had been washed and vacuumed when I picked it up. I am very happy with their work and I will return here for repairs and maintenance in the future, and I would recommend them to my friends! :)

Moses is always going the extra mile to make sure I am satisfied with service!! I always recommend D&S for quality service and repairs. I rate DS Auto Experts 5 stars because they lived up to their brand name of being experts not only in auto mechanics, but customer service. My wife even loved the cleanliness of their bathrooms and she's real picky. Moses was very helpful and thorough of making sure that the car I am buying was inspected. He even explained the process to me so I can have peace of mind that what I'm purchasing is actually worth it. The only problem we had is that we live 6 hours away and wish we could take our cars in to them when needed because they were real trustworthy. We are happy and satisfied with the overall DS Auto Expert Experience!

We were travelling thru Visalia and the check engine light was on our 2005 motor home. I called ahead and they were able to work me in and get me back on the road in three hours time. Excellent service and the whole staff was knowledgeable and courteous. They kept me informed on what tests they were conducting and results they found. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing excellent care.

While visiting the National Parks we had the alternator go out on our car. The staff at DS Auto got me on first thing in the morning and were able to get us back on the road. Service was outstanding with personnel constantly making sure we were being taken care of and kept us informed through the whole process. Wonderful business wish we lived in the area because I would have them take care of all my auto needs. Keep up the good work and wonderful customer service .

My car broke down while on a camping trip. From the moment the tow truck arrived, I experienced professional, friendly service. They quickly identified the problem, and had me on my my way back to the mountains. Thanks for a great job!

whoever don't give these guys 5 stars must be using illegal drugs. These have got to be the most friendly and knowledgeable people out there. Ive done my research and been to a lot of shops around to see whats out there. All these mechanics want to do is find things you don't need or sale you something else. Not this place. They are honest, simple and from my experience, best price. I took my car in for a A/C repair in the awful California heat and later that day it was fixed. (at 1/3 the price of the other guys).... on the way home, my wife had to turn it off because she was freezing. I look forward to my cars breaking things or regular maintenance because I get to stop by the shop and say hi.. :)
