Where do I begin? If you are looking for just any shop you have come to the wrong place. This place is THE shop once you take your car here you won't want to go anywhere else EVER!! Talk about making you feel like family Yes! Clean facilities? Heck yeah you could eat off the floor. They are a little pricier then most but I can see why it's because they take pride in what they do. For the quality work they do and awesome costumer service from Moises and his team is worth it. when they have their team work on your car it's like they are working on their own. Quality Quality Quality work!! They are honest and upfront.They could have easily taken me to the cleaners for all the work my car needed but they said straight up these are my recommendations first and foremost because we don't want your money. We want to help you! wow what mechanic you know would say that? Will definitely recommend and will 1000% be back!! would give more stars if I could!!!! Thank you D S Auto!!!!

The people at DS Auto Experts are courteous, helpful, trustworthy. They have been servicing my two cars for about five years. I was looking for a good auto service because I was unhappy with another service. I WISH I HAD FOUND THEM EARLIER! I feel as if they knock themselves out to give me the best service possible,and they do. Plus, I am happy with the cost.

I want everyone to know what a great business this is and the quality of people that work there. From the door being opened for me after giving me a nice ride home, to the understanding, patience, and trust that they showed my husband and I, we are very thankful. I feel that the shop has integrity and wonderful customer service. I am glad to have a place to take our car which reflects Christian values.

DS Auto is the place to go for all of your needs. Short story: I needed major work done on my car, and I took it to an auto shop here in town. They did a horrible job, and did not correct anything that was asked. I then took my car to DS Auto. At the get go I could tell they were on top of their game. They have the technology, great communication, great mechanics, and go out of their way for customer service. They don't "sell" you to just make money. They take care of the issues and needs that you have. They fully explain exactly what is going on, suggest different options, and work with you on all aspects. By far this is THE best auto shop that I've ever been associated with. They have now made my 2006 car run/drive like it just came off of the lot. I strongly suggest DS Auto if you ever have any needs for work on your vehicle. A very sincere thank you to the whole team over there for the great work that they do.

Stop in with out an appointment to get a smog for my 2011 Kia Optima...and the treated me with nothing but first class they got me right in and working on my car before I was done with my paperwork. Waiting room was clean and comfortable... very friendly service and I would recommend them any day.

First off, thank you DS Auto Experts! From the very moment I stepped out of my car I knew the service would be great! The cleanliness of the whole place is outstanding. Awesome customer service! I GREATLY appreciate everything staff did! Very informative, they know their stuff. This is the place to go for a little tlc for your vehicle.👍🏼 plus...totally LOVE that spirit 88.9 plays in the lobby! I'll be a returning customer that's for sure.

Reading some of these reviews, people need to know that you get what you pay for. You can always find cheaper; however service would be lacking. I have been to D S Auto twice and I am happy with the service they provide. They bend over backwards to help you, even setting us up with a rental car since our truck was there for a week. Happy to call myself a customer of D S Auto.

DS has been very good to us. We have had both our cars in for significant repairs that were diagnosed and resolved in a reasonable time frame. They even helped us rent a car when we were waiting for parts.The thing that impressed us most was very recent. I took in my 17 year old car for the check engine light and they advised us not to bother to fix it because the repair costs were going to be significant. Also, due to rust (this car lived a good part of its life in the Midwest in snow and salt), we might be chasing repairs all over once they got started. They could have easily told us how much to fix our complaint and we could have been in for a lot of money as the rusty parts crumbled and had to be replaced, but they told us the truth. Our old car wasn't worth the work that might need to go into it. We had suspected that we may have to replace the old car soon, and they confirmed it for us.That gave us another dilemma of what to buy next, but they even gave us opinions on our choices for our next new car - which brands/models that we were considering had fewer repair issues, etc. And they followed up with a phone call a few weeks later to see what we chose to purchase.

I was impressed by how clean the waiting area and shop floors are. You could eat off the shop floors and thats VERY IMPRESSIVE.. The employees and very friendly and they make you feel at home. I trust that my car will be done when promised and correctly... I think this is the BEST KEPT REPAIR shop ever.... I would recommend this shop to everyone I know and everyone who will listen.. They go above and beyond the "normal" repair shop... Once you try them you won't ever go anywhere else!!!!
