This shop has such a personal customer service that is outstanding. I scheduled an appointment and was greeted at the door hint no wait time. My sun visor was broken and they fixed it for free. The cost for my smog check was discounted and was more than reasonable. I've been coming to this shop for years for my smog test because I have trust in their ability to repair my car if needed. I highly recommend this shop for any,of your car needs.

D S Auto Experts will give you the royal treatment! Best customer service I have experienced anywhere. The D S team is knowledgeable, and will explain everything in detail. Their work is top notch. Their shop is immaculate with a clean restroom and a nice place to sit and wait as well. Definitely a five star experience!

I have been taking my car and my moms car here for a couple of years and they always do a great job! Always very helpful and if i say no i cant afford a certain service at the time they do not try to push me into it. I admit they are a little higher priced than other shops, but you get what you pay for. i can always trust their work and feel confident when take my car there.

DS has been very good to us. We have had both our cars in for significant repairs that were diagnosed and resolved in a reasonable time frame. They even helped us rent a car when we were waiting for parts. The thing that impressed us most was very recent. I took in my 17 year old car for the check engine light and they advised us not to bother to fix it because the repair costs were going to be significant. Also, due to rust (this car lived a good part of its life in the Midwest in snow and salt), we might be chasing repairs all over once they got started. They could have easily told us how much to fix our complaint and we could have been in for a lot of money as the rusty parts crumbled and had to be replaced, but they told us the truth. Our old car wasn't worth the work that might need to go into it. We had suspected that we may have to replace the old car soon, and they confirmed it for us. That gave us another dilemma of what to buy next, but they even gave us opinions on our choices for our next new car - which brands/models that we were considering had fewer repair issues, etc. And they followed up with a phone call a few weeks later to see what we chose to purchase.

Great customer service! & really welcoming! Since i've been withthem they have always been really caring about my car. I highly recommend them.

I've never seen such a clean and immaculate auto shop. If the pristine look of their lobby doesn't welcome you, the men at the front definitely will. Richard always goes above and beyond to help and make sure that we are taken care of. I appreciate his honesty and his non salesman approach. He gives you the facts and you make the final decisions. Customer service is everything in my opinion and here you will get nothing but the best.

Ever since we moved to Visalia, D&S has taken good care of our cars and us. When my husband wanted to travel to another city to pick up a car he had just purchased, Richard volunteered to spend part of his free day to go with him and drive his old car home. When I need service, they will drive me to work and pick me up after the work is done. I have never been treated so well. Also, the shop is clean. They like my dog and I am not worried that she will get into anything unsafe there.
