We were visiting Sequoia NP from New Mexico when our Sequoia's flex plate broke and destroyed our transmission. AAA towed us to DS Auto Experts. The building is immaculate and the staff are kind and professional. Moises and his crew went above and beyond to make sure we could continue on with our vacation with minimal interruption. When the tow truck arrived Moises had a rental waiting for us. We continued on with our vacation plans and they worked hard to find the best solution for us in regards to replacing the transmission. Moises kept in contact with us for every step. When the truck was ready for us to pick up we got a Sequoia that ran better than it did before things went south. We are completely satisfied with DS Auto Experts and would recommend them to anyone.

This is the best business in Visalia. Friendly staff and great customer service. Moses and Richard in the front counter always make me feel like I am their #1 customer. The great service that I receive each time I come in makes me want to come back again.

They do a great job on your vehicle, & they are very honest with anything, pointing out to you what needsto be done.

Had an alternater put in cost over 300. It went out. They said it was my fault. Would not warranty there work. So i did it my self when i got it out it was falling apart. The screws that held the front case and rear case together. Were falling out. I would not recommend going here. Date of service was in 2015 would never go here again

Service was above and beyond. My mom's beloved old car required extensive repair work to become legal, safe, and road-worthy. I would not have trusted the work to any other shop. They honestly discussed options, helped us locate resources to complete the needed repairs, and did exemplary work on our '95 Pontiac Sunfire. Mom is back on the road.
