I took my car in because another shop was not really following through with their assessment. I was welcomed and greeted as soon as arrived. My car is a 2014 Ford Transit. The problem with it was it wasn’t shifting and getting gears. The other ship did a full transmission oil change but that there friends was not the problem. There was a dang list of issues with it. Long story short my car was under warranty and what it need was a brand new transmission!!! I was told detail by detail the issues it had and I had the decisions. I felt respected end honored as a customer. Out the door I paid $167 when the remainder was over 9,000! They saved me a heart ache and will be forever grateful. Definitely going back for all my other cars as well. I don’t have my receipt with me but if I can upload it I will. Hands down the best !!

My husband was traveling from Southern California to Northern California, when he started to experience tire trouble. We had taken the car to our local mechanic before the trip and were told that everything was good to go. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Stopping at D&S Auto Service was the highlight of my husband's day. The facility was by far the nicest and cleanest he had ever seen. His vehicle was taken in immediately and he was visually walked through what the problem was and shown how it was corrected. The Office Manager was detailed, organized, and professional. He experienced high quality service and was back on the road in no time!

This automotive place is very friendly, professional and helpful. A little pricey but you get great service. I went there and dropped my car off for a oil change and they shuttled me home so I didn't have to wait. Then they came to pick me up to pick my car up when it was finished. The report that I got with the oil change will help me to keep my car in top notch condition and keep it running longer. I trust this place with one of my prize possession and you should too. DS has always been good to me. Taken most of my vehicles to them with no issues and vehicles done with a timely mannedd RDS, if not earlier than stated/promised.
