The paper pusher/service coordinator is shady. He gave a different price for diagnostic than previously quoted, $100 more than what was previously quoted. Then he claimed that it was always the same price for the diagnostic. When he told me the new price ($350) for a diagnostic, I left immediately, deciding not to get serviced there. He's quick with his hands and may not provide you with needed paperwork: slight of hand magician/trickster. I'm surprised their ratings are so high, with him behind the counter. It's like there's a good service provider, Moises, and bad service trickster behind the counter who actually does the paper work; kinda like good cop bad cop. I ended up going to the the dealership and getting the diagnostic and repair all finished for $150. Glad I walked away and saved $200.
