Excellent, honest service. Great technicians and staff. They take the time to explain the repairs and to use quality parts. They warranty their work, have a pickup service and even wash your car!
I took my car to D & S Service center and was treated with the most courteous professional and friendly manner possible. The shop and waiting room is immaculate and the people that work there are so personable and helpful. I have been taking my car to D&S for 3 years now. I am well pleased with every aspect of their service. They always take the customer into consideration when they are working on their vehicle. Always friendly and always explains things. Being that I am a woman, it's easy to be taken advantage of. Not so with D&S. They go out oftheir way to be helpful. They were even kind enough to get me a rental car because I was leaving on vacation the next day and had a huge list of errands to do that day. I recommend them to everyone I know. My daughter and son n law go there now because they saw how well they took care of my auto needs. I love the fact that they are Christian and they run their business with Christian values. They don't just talk the talk, but they walk the walk. I am a very content customer and I'm so grateful that I have a mechanic that I can rely on.
This company offers the best customer service I have ever received. Anywhere. From any company. Ever.My car broke down spectacularly in Sequoia National Park. (Side note: Why do these things always happen 350 miles away from home, in the middle of nowhere where you get NO cell phone reception??) It took 3 hours for a tow truck to arrive, and 2 hours to tow the car to Visalia, the nearest city. By the time I got into town it was close to 6, after closing time for auto repair places. I called four shops and got responses like "Oh, we'll be closed by then", "there's nothing we can do", and "good luck with that!"I called D&S and spoke to Santos, the owner. He said that the shop would be closed, but he gave me his cell number and said to call when I got into town and he would meet me at the shop. Which he did; when I finally got there, he got my car all ready to be the first thing worked on the next morning. Then he called five different hotels for me, trying to find a nice one, near restaurants, with a good price. He drove me to my hotel, pointed out good places to eat, and picked me up the next morning to bring me back to the shop. Wow. Nicest guy ever.My car was a train wreck. The mechanic called first thing in the morning to give me estimates of cost and repair time. The work was done quickly (ahead of schedule!), and the mechanics took the time to show me what was wrong, and also offered some theories on how it could have happened (one of which was faulty service by my service shop back in San Diego). Santos explained all the charges to me (which were less than he estimated), gave me a AAA discount without me asking, gave me the broken parts on my car, and coached me on what to say to my mechanics back home. Plus, they washed and vacuumed my car. Bonus!My excellent experience at D&S almost erased the agony of breaking down in a national park after 3 days of camping. It certainly would've been a 28397 times suckier experience if Santos hadn't helped me out. If I ever have need of auto repair in Visalia again (*fingers crossed that this never happens*) I will definitely come back to this place.
I have taken several vehicles to these guys, and they always give me honest straight forward advice. Very reasonably priced, they are quick to get the job done, and they always give me back my truck squeaky clean. Wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else.

We had the citrus freeze in 1990. Then in 2001, our nation was shaken to its core with 9/11. Even in 2008, we saw a financial crisis. Here we are in 2020 still so in love with the community and battling Covid-19. Our ability to make it through these challenging times was only possible with the continued support and loyalty of our valued customers.
