The paper pusher/service coordinator is shady. He gave a different price for diagnostic than previously quoted, $100 more than what was previously quoted. Then he claimed that it was always the same price for the diagnostic. When he told me the new price ($350) for a diagnostic, I left immediately, deciding not to get serviced there. He's quick with his hands and may not provide you with needed paperwork, slight of hand magician/trickster. I'm surprised their ratings are so high, with him behind the counter.

NEVER EVER BRING YOUR CAR TO THESE PEOPLE. After I went to them to get my tire checked they FAILED TO ALERT ME of a broken rim i had after they worked on the SAME TIRE. This put me at great danger as I told them I drive to LA for work daily… As I was leaving I noticed my tire still said “low” so I asked a worker if that was normal, he replied with “you gotta drive it and it’ll turn off”, which was also false & fabricated on the spot… Under no circumstances did any of the work they provide me for my BMW reach any level of acceptable standards.. Thank god I found professionals who spotted the problem and possibly saved my life 🙏🏽 I’ve attached the picture so that the management understands that this error is NOT ACCEPTABLE EVER and that their workers are not properly trained….

Very dependable fast and excellent service

Although I haven't had the car back long enough to be able to see how well it runs since being attended to, I could report on the fact that the establishment is well run and exceptionally clean. I received a complete run down of costs and what was found in the car in a list of priorities for service and repairs. Moises was very patient with me as I worked my way through decisions about the car and figured out rides to and from. Overall, I was very pleased, thus far. I have discovered that I have friends who have taken their vehicles to them and have been pleased with the work. This is reassuring. My son was given a tour of the shop and was very impressed with how organized it is. This is no guarantee that the work is really good, but, probably a sign that they pay attention to details. That's a good thing. Time will tell on the rest of it.
