My recent maintenance service at DS Auto Experts was refreshing in respect tp customer service. From my first contact via telephone the representative was very helpful and knowledgeable in addressing my auto service needs. I feel I have found a hidden jewel for future auto needs and would recommend them highly.

Started out not remembering we had an appointment that we made the day before but that’s no big deal really. We had our vehicle diagnosed which cost over $200 and the problem was a bad coil. Wanted another $1500 to fix the problem for a total of $1700. I was informed by a friend that he could do the job for me. Sent me to the auto store and bought 6 new coils and plugs at a cost of $200. My buddy replaced all 6 in one afternoon. I get the shop gets paid labor but $1300.00? GTFOH!!!!! Still looking to get my AC fixed but shady mechanics have me gun shy.
